Four legs in the air, four on the ground.

The final day and final leg of the challenge is on. Daisy departed Hong Kong International Airport 8 minutes ago and as luck would have it she is due to arrive in SFO early. We are still in Palm Springs and soon to get on the road back to San Francisco. Daisy may have nearly 7000 miles to cover but she is going to do most of it at 600mph where we only have a mere 574 left which after the last two days feels like making a quick run to the shops.

We’re hoping to make a pitstop at Salton City then head straight up I-5 and rendezvous with the dog.

This is a race we just have to win.

UPS and the bus beat you. Delivered today @ 1:08 PM. How close it truly was remains to be seen. I’m sure you’ll beat Daisy.

    What app is this?

It is FlightTrack Pro, works on both iPhone and iPad. Great app if you travel a lot as it gives you push notifications of any flight changes usually way before the airline notifies you. Has saved my butt on a misconnect a couple of times.
